During the first night when I was in Bombay, 7 people were killed by a car. 4 youngsters were driving a car while being drunk and killed 7 people who were sleeping in the middle of the street where there is a small strip of pavement separating the lanes. The chances that these youngsters will actually go to jail is very small, because their rich father is likely to bribe the police. They might not even get a criminal record.
