During my stay in Bombay there were some riots which were a big item on the news. The Dalits were furious after a statue of Ambedkar was taken down. Together with many other factors, this led the Dalits to burn trains and busses in Bombay (after asking the people first to get of these trains and buses) and set cars on fire on the highway etc.Wednesday, January 31, 2007
